The vision of Street Mentors of Dumas is to help young people grow and expand their academic, social, and personal skills. These skills enable students to form big dreams and pursue them with focused support from mentors along the way.

CAREER
The Program Will Provide Youth With Supportive Role Models Who Will Help Guide And Educate Them About Career Pathways Through One-To-One Mentorship, "Street Mentors" That Are Matched To Each Of The Youth. We Are Excited And Hard At Work To Provide You With An Innovative Solution For Such A Complex And Important Issue. The Young People In Our Community Need Your Help And Support.
LEADERSHIP
The Street Mentors Of Dumas's Leadership Program Is An Intensive Service-Based Project That Focuses On Educating, Guiding And Strengthening Dumas Youth Within Their Community. The Program Will Include A Lesson On Anger And Behavior Management, Self Awareness And Engagement With School And Family And Motivation For Future Prospects.
INDIVIDUAL GOALS
We believe that youth need to become engaged in their communities. We are dedicated to helping build a community of educated, productive, and positive individuals. At Street Mentors of Dumas's Individual Goals program (I-GOALS), we focus on youth as they develop social and life skills in order to become mentors for themselves and leaders in their community.
